A WEM Audit should be escalated to a Full Service Audit if the invoice for water mitigation services are $50,000 or more and / or if the claim is in Litigation.
Service Description: WEM-Flood Predictive provides a claims adjuster with a simple and accurate cost analysis pertaining to the required Water Mitigation component of a specific loss. WEM-Flood Predictive is best utilized before a drying job has been performed and / or when an invoice for water mitigation services is not available.
Service Description: WEM In Network Audit provides a complete analytical evaluation for select carriers that have a preferred vendor program. This Audit is to be utilized for completed water mitigation jobs where an “In Network” program has been set up prior with LYNX Services including any additional business rules between the carrier and mitigation contractors.
